Squirrel Tail

There are so many uses for squirrel fur in fly tying. Snip bunches of fur off and dub it on your thread for a super buggy and spiky appearance. Use guard hairs for nymph tails. Or blend with other materials like rabbit, muskrat, or flashy ice dub, to experiment with your own dubbing blends. These natural squirrel tails are soft and fluffy and provide material for a lot of flies.
